Best-Kept Secret in Minneapolis Saint Paul: The Covington Inn Bed and Breakfast boat on the Mississippi, docked at Harriet Island. It is romantic, has a fabulous view, and horsepower. Who doesn't like to stay in a hotel with its own horsepower?
