Wineries & Breweries
Think good wine is only found in Napa and good beer in Germany? Think again.
Minneapolis lies at the same latitude as the Bordeaux region of France. By crossing French varietals with cold-hearty wild grapes, Minnesota vintners now attract attention and awards.
The region is also home to several craft brewers, creating hearty ales, lagers and seasonal brews that are a testimony to the area's German heritage.
Most wineries and breweries in the area offer tastings and free tours, many guided by the owners themselves. Get going for delicious, personal tours you won't find anywhere else.
